• 11:15 Costume Contest judging and awards awards Presented by the Miss Huntington Beach Royal Court.  Costume Contest Winners will receive a $25 G/C to Duke’s
• 11:45 Water Safety presentation by HB Lifeguards
• 12 noon Participants lineup on the sand for the SPLASH
• After the SPLASH – announcement of opportunity drawing and auction winners!  (at Pier Plaza)
